Let's apply those standards to:

• ex Parliamentary Speakers
• Minnesota Senators

and consider the loyalty of people like Laura Kovacovich (3:54), who just want to work.

Mr. Utke was playing hooky when they were teaching Civics in High School.  Compassion and fairness aren't part of his business model.
